Refund Policy

Thank you!

We appreciate your interest in the Narrative Alive graphics. If, within the first 14 days of your subscription, you realize the graphics aren't working for you, we will issue a full refund.

Eligibility for refunds

  • Your refund request must be made WITHIN 14 DAYS of the start of your subscription.
  • Once you notify us, we will immediately process a refund back to the credit card you used for your original purchase.

Eligibility for cancellation

  • Narrative Alive subscriptions are for a 12-month period, starting from the date of purchase, and WILL RENEW AUTOMATICALLY. Cancellations or pro-rated refunds are NOT possible during your subscription year.
  • Be assured: You’ll receive plenty of advance notice before your renewal date. At that point, you’ll have the option of cancelling your subscription before the renewal kicks in. If you don’t cancel, we’ll assume you want to keep your subscription (and the graphics!) going. Thank you!

Late or missing refund

  • If you have not received a timely refund, please contact your credit card company, as it may take time before they officially post your refund
  • If you experience refund issues, please contact us at admin@narrativealive.org
